If you accidentally purchased your Summer Season Pass for the wrong location, don’t worry—your options depend on the pricing at each center.
If the pricing is the same
If both locations have the same Season Pass price, we can transfer your pass to the correct center.
- Your updated confirmation will be sent to you
- Be sure to bring the new confirmation when you visit the correct location
If the new location costs more
If the correct center has a higher price, we’re unable to transfer the pass.
- We can refund your original purchase
- You can then repurchase a new pass for the correct location
If the new location costs less
If the correct center has a lower price, you have two options:
- Transfer your pass and receive complimentary game passes to make up the price difference (no partial refunds available), or
- Request a full refund and purchase a new pass for the correct location
