If you’re planning a kids party, it’s common for parents or guardians to stay and be part of the celebration. Here’s how to think about including them:
Parents Staying at a Kids Party
Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the event, but they should not be included in the official guest count, as packages are built around participating kids.
That said, you’ll want to plan with them in mind:
- Space: Make sure there’s enough room for both kids and any parents who plan to stay.
- Food & beverage: If you’d like to offer food or drinks for parents, be sure to include that in your order or customize with a member of the Guest Experience team after booking.
Hosting a Party with Additional Adults
If your event includes adults beyond just parents (like extended family or friends), the same guidelines apply:
- Adults are not counted toward your guest total
- They should be considered for seating, space, and any food & beverage needs
Our team is here to help you plan the right setup so everyone—kids and adults alike—has a great time. Reach out to Guest Experience after booking online, or book with one of our Event Planners if you’d like help customizing your event.
