Left something behind during your visit? We’re here to help.
Report a lost item
If you believe you lost an item at one of our centers, please submit an online request to Guest Experience with as much detail as possible, including:
- The location you visited
- Your date and approximate time of visit
- A description of the item
- Your contact information
Once your request is received, our team will work with the center to check for your item and follow up with you.
Good to know
- Lost items are held at the center for a limited time.
- We recommend submitting your request as soon as possible to increase the chances of recovery.
If your item is located, a Guest Experience representative will contact you with next steps.
