Check-In Requirements
To kick things off, we’ll need to verify the reservation at check-in:
The contact will be asked to show the credit card used to book along with a matching valid ID before your reservation begins.
Not Attending? Plan Ahead
If the person who made the reservation won’t be there:
- The original cardholder is typically required for check-in, or
- You’ll want to set up an alternative in advance
Since verification is required, we recommend contacting Guest Experience ahead of time to review your options and ensure a smooth check-in process.
