Lane reservations can be updated based on availability. To ensure we can best support your request, all updates must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time.
Guest count changes
Increasing your headcount: We’ll do our best to add additional guests based on lane and center availability.
Reducing your headcount: Please notify us in advance. We can help reallocate the difference towards other items for your event (such as additional arcade credit or food & beverage) or provide you with an onsite credit to use during your event.
Date or time changes
If you need to move your reservation to a different date or time, our team will work with you to find the next best available option.
Same-day changes
Requests made on the day of your reservation are not guaranteed, as lane assignments and venue operations may already be finalized.
