Review Your Confirmation Details
Take a look at your booking confirmation email or receipt:
- Confirm whether the discount was applied at checkout
- Check for any line items showing the promotion or adjusted pricing
Check the Promo Code Terms
Some promo codes only apply under certain conditions. Make sure:
- Your reservation meets the offer requirements (date, time, or package)
- The promo was valid at the time of booking
- The location you selected is eligible for the promotion
